               Healthy Action Examples
You have two choices for your healthy action. The first is a Daily Action where you try to accomplish your commitment each and every day. The other is a Monthly Action where you try to acheive a specific goal after 30 days. See some examples below.

   Of course you can create your very own healthy action.
    
     Daily Action (Examples)
For 30 Days I will...

     Eat  Fruits and Veggies every day
     Drink 8 glasses of water per day
     Get 8 hours sleep each night
     Meditate each morning
     Not drink soda
     Have a healthy breakfast each morning
     Eliminate sweets
     Have no fast food

      

       Monthly Action (Examples)
In 30 Days I will have.... 
      Taken a bike ride 10 times
        Gone to the gym every other day
        Walked a total of 30 miles (Mile per day)
        Only had 4 desserts  (1 per week)
        Lost 5 pounds
       Completed 500 crunches (50 crunches 10 times)
       Lost a pants or dress size
